Have you shipped my order yet?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at info@sisstrevolution.co.uk. We'd love to help you out!

I'm having trouble with my order and/or shipment, help me!

Most importantly, don't panic, almost everything can be solved. If you're having any issues just contact our customer service team at info@sisstrevolution.co.uk and we'd love to help you.

I never received my order!

We are bummed to hear this! Lets figure out what that happened. Please contact our customer service team at info@sisstrevolution.co.uk, we'd be happy to help you through it.

I received an incorrect or damaged item within my order, what do I do next?

We greatly apologize in advance, lets figure out why that happened. We ask that you please contact our customer service team at info@sisstrevolution.co.uk, to ensure that your refund or warranty replacement is properly processed. Please do not return the product without contacting our customer service team.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Most definitely, just contact our customer service team at info@sisstrevolution.co.uk and we'd be happy to resend the order confirmation email.

I think I ordered the wrong stuff, can you help me change my order?

Oh no! If you realize you've ordered the wrong item, contact our customer service team at info@sisstrevolution.co.uk as soon as you so we can try to change your order before it leaves our warehouse.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse.  Please note that our shipping department is closed on the weekends, on all major holidays and from Christmas though New Year's day. If it's been over 2 business days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at info@sisstrevolution.co.uk and we'd be happy to check the status of your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa)! and paypal - in fact there are not many ways you cant pay! Still have questions? Send us an email at info@sisstrevolution.co.uk .

I ordered the wrong size and it doesn't fit! What should I do?

If you purchased the product from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from our sisstrevolution.co.uk, please follow these instructions: We do not accept returns on items that have been worn/used/damaged/stained. If the product hasn't been used, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. You can follow the instructions below in our return policy. We can offer exchanges or full refunds. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

Is there a warranty on this stuff?

Sure, all our stuff is covered under our basic warranty policy which you can find a little farther below if you scroll down. If you have warranty issues with our wetsuits, please find the section below titled Wetsuit Warranty & Repairs.

Do you offer international shipping?

This site is aimed at servicing the UK market.  Please visit our EU or US online store for more information on European and international shipping -> SISSTREVOLUTION USA

SHIPPING INFO

Sisstr offers standard uk Shipping via Royal mail  (3-5 business days) for free ! Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Currently we offer shipping to: United kingdom, Ireland, channel islands.

Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Shipping days are based on business days. Please keep this in mind when submitting your order. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

If you purchased the product from an authorized Sisstr dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from Sisstrevolution.co.uk, please follow these instructions:

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn/used/damaged/stained. If the product hasn't been used, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date. We offer exchanges or full refunds. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:

  1. Send the item back to - sisstrevolution uk, phoenix way, garngoch, gorseinon, swansea, uk.
  2. Complete and submit the online return request form.
  3. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials.
  4. Please include a note explaining reason for return - and the original order number please.

Sisstr does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water. Sisstr reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused. All sales are final on Sisstr stickers, prints, surfboards, and books.

WARRANTY

If you purchased the product from an authorized Sisstr dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly for warranty information. 

If you purchased the product from sisstrevolution.com, Sisstr covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under European regulations. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from an authorized dealer. The apparel warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Sisstr will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable style. If you have warranty issues with our wetsuits, please find the section below titled Wetsuit Warranty & Repairs.

Someone from Sisstr will determine whether your product qualifies under our warranty. 

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY

WARRANTY REPAIRS

If you purchased the product from an authorized Sisstrevolution dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.  Sisstr offers a 1 year from purchase date manufacturer wetsuit warranty on all neoprene and seams. Warranty repairs cover any apparent malfunctions under normal use like a zipper that’s busted or a seam that’s torn. Warranty repairs are free of charge.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Non-Warranty repairs cover damage caused by normal wear and tear that is not caused by a malfunction. Examples include: a blown-out panel, a fin cut, worn material, extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided. We charge for non-warranty repairs. Our wetsuit experts at Sisstr will contact you if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

WHAT SHOULD I DO FIRST?

If you purchased the wetsuit from Sisstrevolution.co.uk, please fill out the Sisstr Wetsuit Repair Form. Please write as clearly as possible, provide as much detailed information as you can and give us a detailed description of the repair needed. Also, mark the area in need of repair on one of the wetsuit drawings on the repair form.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WETSUIT

  1. Please make sure your wetsuit is washed thoroughly, dirt/sand free, and completely dry. Unfortunately, we can’t repair suits that are sandy, dirty or wet since they may damage our machines. 
  2. Make sure the box you use to ship the wetsuit in is large enough to prevent from too much creasing. 
  3. Place the Sisstr Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit along with a copy of your original packing slip. Ship your suit to:

WHEN WILL I GET MY WETSUIT BACK?

Turnaround time is approximately 10-14 business days from the time your suit is received (excluding shipping).

MEASUREMENT TIPS

BUST

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go under your arms, not around them.

NATURAL WAIST

Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one finger between your body and the measuring tape.

HIPS

Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

DRESS LENGTH

Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and perpendicular to the floor. Measure from the high point of your shoulders down the length of your back.

INSEAM

Find a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. Round the number to the nearest 1/2" to get your inseam length.
